Low blood sugar – People with a low blood sugar, especially, people diagnosed with diabetes and are in constant use of insulin have a tendency of experiencing night sweats or episodes of sweating while sleeping. When the insulin level is low in their blood or simply when they have a low blood sugar, they are likely to have night sweats or hot flushes.
Menopause – Women at the stage of menopause or reaching this stage are likely to experience episodes of hot flushes and profuse sweating.
